Medline Distribution Center Utilizes AI-Powered Fulfillment Planning and Decision-Making

Initial deployment of CognitOps’ Align platform at Medline’s Rialto, CA distribution center to deliver labor and fulfillment planning, flow management, advanced predictive analytics and exception forecasting.
CognitOps announced today that Medline, a healthcare company and the largest privately-held manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies in the U.S., will conduct an initial deployment of the CognitOps Align warehouse planning and execution platform in its Rialto, CA distribution center. Upon successful results, Medline would continue to scale across other branches in its nationwide network.
The CognitOps Align platform enables Medline’s industry-leading distribution center operations team to leverage machine learning and simulation-based tools to drive labor force planning and balancing, workflow optimization, and to predict and prevent fulfillment exceptions before they occur.
